We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a amazing view of Craigenower Cricket Club and Happy Valley Racecourse. The bathroom design with a standing shower and bathtub was excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Causeway Bay, yet it's only a short walk to Times Square and there are plenty of nearby eateries. The housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were polite. The rooftop swimming pool and gym on the 28th floor were a great addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil retreat away from the bustling city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Causeway Bay. The location in this shopping mecca area of the city was perfect, with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. The staff were helpful, especially those in the lobby and concierge. They even went out of their way to flag down a cab for me. The rooms were spacious and always looked brand new. The bathroom with its great shower and fabulous water pressure was a highlight. The hotel facilities, including the 24/7 gym, were great. And the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room had exclusive advantages like a private balcony and a stunning view of the city. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The restaurant served a delicious dinner, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. Cons: the buffet breakfast lacked variety and the seating in the lobby was uncomfortable.
